We are based on the concept of Customer Success as CRE (Customer Reliability Engineer) of Mackerel, a server monitoring SaaS. At first, the job category was not "CRE" but "Sales Engineer" and I was involved with customers mainly through sales activities. But now it's "CRE". Through a variety of activities, we have found that Customer Success is what is truly necessary for technical products (SaaS) and their customers. I feel that the essence of this is applicable to DevRel.
